Diesel engine conversion is a hot topic these days with the ever increasing price of fuel. At Health Air and Keep Austin Mobile, we are continuing to find new and innovative ways to maximize our fuel economy.

Currently, we are converting the first of many diesel vehicles to run on alternative fuels. With the conversion, we can fill up the vehicle every other month with diesel and run the remaining time on alternative fuel. The cost currently averages $1.50 a gallon in usage. This is not only a great way to become a green driving force, but it allows our donors to see their financial contributions used responsibly. We seek to provide not just great transportation alternatives, but to stay ahead of industry standards in seeking cost effective transportation solutions. All the while, we are doing our part to keep our planet green.
